is your privacy policy?
A. We
only collect identifiable information about you when
you complete an online form. Most forms will ask for
your name, company name and address, and your e-mail
address. BizTronic will not sell, rent, or disclose
your personally identifiable information to anyone.
We do not use cookies for any purpose. If you wish to
have your name removed from our database, simply send us an e-mail with the subject "unsubscribe".

Q. How much does it cost to repair a damaged circuit board?
A. Repair
costs depend on the condition of the circuit board and
must be thoroughly evaluated to provide an exact cost
for repair. An estimate to repair circuit boards can
often be supplied after reviewing photographs or upon
a detailed discussion with a BizTronic Customer Service
Representative.

Q. Does
BizTronic have a Warranty?
A. BizTronic
repair, rework, modification and assembly services are
guaranteed as follows: All BizTronic are of high quality
and performed in conformance with the best commercial
practices. BizTronic guarantees that all services performed
are free of defects at the time of shipment. We will
repair without charge, any service performed by BizTronic
found to be defective, provided the defect is reported
to BizTronic within 30 days from the date of shipment
and provided such defective material is returned, upon
request, transportation prepaid. As a pre-condition
to this warranty, BizTronic requires the customer to
make a preliminary test of all products, equipment and
services received by them from BizTronic. This guarantee
shall not apply to any material that has been subject
to misuse, misapplication, neglect, accident, improper
installation or modification. It is expressly understood
that BizTronic liability for any service performed is
limited to the repair of defective materials, and BizTronic
is not liable for any other expense, injury, loss or
damage whether direct or consequential, including, but
not limited to, the loss of use, income, profit or production,
or increased cost of operation, or spoilage of or damage
to material, or otherwise, arising in connection with
the installation use or inability to use materials serviced
by BizTronic. As a pre-condition to this warranty all
outstanding invoices from BizTronic must be paid in
full.

Q. How
are boards priced?
A. Prices
for services are quoted based on the extent of the service
provided. A cost estimate may be given based on a description
of the service needed, but the exact charge will be
quoted after a full evaluation has been made by BizTronic.
Prices are subject to change without notice. If there
are critical specifications, these should be noted at
the time of order and added to the purchase order.

Q. How
do I send my PC boards for service?
A.
Review your current PC board repair problems.
Clearly identify the location of the defect on each
circuit board or include detailed instructions for rework
and modification requirements.
Call or fax BizTronic with a description of the reason
the circuit boards are being sent in.
Properly package the circuit boards and ship the circuit
boards.
Upon receipt of your circuit boards we will call or
fax you an order confirmation form listing the repair
charge for each PC board, the scheduled ship date and
shipping method. We will await your written authorization
prior to repairing/reworking your PC boards.
Upon completion, your circuit boards are inspected,
packaged, and shipped back to you.
